Fanatics Collect Unveils New Buy Now Marketplace

Fanatics Collect, the go-to platform for collectors, has unveiled its latest game-changer – a brand-new Buy Now marketplace. This exciting update comes with a fresh fee structure that aims to help sellers make the most of their sales.

One of the most notable changes is the introduction of a 6% fee for listings sold for less than $120. This rate stands out as one of the lowest in the industry, giving sellers a significant earning boost. The previous 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission fees are now a thing of the past, ensuring a more profitable experience for sellers.

With the new fee system in place, sellers can expect to earn the same amount on sales over $120 as they did before. What’s more, sellers now have the opportunity to pocket up to 94% of the listing price on sales under $119.99, a substantial increase from the previous maximum of 85%. This change is set to benefit sellers right away, as all existing listings will seamlessly transition to the new fee structure with no need to tweak prices.

The revamped Buy Now marketplace has undergone a makeover to enhance card discoverability, reduce listing times, and streamline fees. Feedback from collectors and sellers played a crucial role in these improvements. By doing away with the 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission, sellers are encouraged to create more competitive listings, ultimately enriching the range and quality of choices available to buyers.

In a bid to uphold fairness and competitiveness, listings priced more than 20% above fair market value will attract a 15% seller’s fee, surpassing the standard 6%. Furthermore, the previous $3 minimum fee for Buy Now sales has been eliminated, empowering sellers to list items for as little as 50 cents.

The new Buy Now marketplace doesn’t just benefit sellers; it also speeds up transactions. Through the Fanatics Collect app, collectors can now make instant payments for their purchases, enabling sellers to receive their earnings promptly and buyers to expand their collections without delay.

Should any sellers prefer not to operate under the new fee structure, they have the freedom to delist their items at any time. Assistance is readily available by reaching out to their sales representative or the Collector Experience team.

The launch of the Buy Now marketplace marks a pivotal moment in the Fanatics Collect journey, dedicated to enhancing the trading experience for all collectors. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to explore the new marketplace and leverage the simplified fees to maximize your earnings on every sale.
